Time to throw in the towel on current project

While there are many things we love about our life here...it's time to throw in the towel and start fresh...

We purchaced 40 acres in an off grid community in Shasta County , Ca. just a few years ago thinking we had a partner, to keep us company and also share the work and expenses...That didnt work out..

This project is just too big for us to handle on our own, and too far from medical and shopping. (Due to health reasons)

We are hoping to find someplace else very soon to begin a new project, closer to medical and shopping, and continue our off grid life style as much as we can.

We also hope to find a buyer for our 40 acres here ASAP so that we can do this, as we will need to use our 40 acres to finance a new project.
